She outlined what the costs would and the  steps she would take to market our house to get it sold. After looking at various different homes, we found the perfect home for our family. She is the BEST! The process of buying a house is such a stressful experience, but Ashlee is so calm and cheerful that she makes it a calm and stress free experience. She goes above and beyond to make sure you stay informed and you understand everything every step of the way. We met Ashlee through a prior client of hers. She came highly recommended, and for good reason. We looked at close to fifty properties over the course of a year & a half. At first I thought my living full time in New York City would make the process of finding a home in SWFL totally impossible, then I met Ashlee.

I started looking at homes approx two years ago in the punta gorda port Charlotte area of Florida. I was working. With an agent who seemed to be working well with me till I left Florida. That's another store . I was looking for a new agent and found Ashlee, this was the best thing that could  of happened. She was very agressive in in her search for what I was looking for. Within a few months she found several for me to look at. I made a trip to Florida and got what I wanted.
